I've chosen to embark on a journey of wellness with the uniquely qualified team at Memorial Fitness & Rehabilitation Center and Memorial Healthcare System. I want to be clear - this isn't strictly about weight loss (although, that would be a nice perk). It's about getting my body back to ideal function with strength, cardio, flexibility and all the other elements that help us wake up in the morning feeling better than we felt the day before.
